About the event
We’re excited to announce a Freestyle Clinic on Sunday, November 8 from 7:00 to 8:30 am at John Jay!
We’ll spend the morning on freestyle technique and drills, then work on flip turns and finish with starts off the blocks. If you’ve ever wanted to nail a fast flip turn or a clean dive, this is your chance.
Most of us swim the same stroke for years without anyone really looking at it. A clinic is a chance to slow down and fix the small things that add up. Better technique makes swimming feel easier, and it’s easier on your shoulders too. It’s amazing how much faster you can feel after just a few small changes. You’ll also go home with drills you can keep using in practice.
