Red Tide Freestyle Swim Clinic

On July 16th Red Tide will host the third of its popular stroke clinics this year.

As the open water and triathlon seasons are in full swing, coaches Kaitlin Hutchinson and Sebastian Moll will focus on honing the skills you need to succeed in these events. Even if you are not competing in an open water event or triathlon this clinic will help improve your freestyle skills.

• We will start with a series of freestyle drills to help you improve your body position and stroke mechanics.
• We will continue by zooming in on specific open water skills, such as sighting and stroke efficiency for long distances.
• We will finish with an open water swim simulation.

Sebastian Moll is a USMS certified coach with decades of experience racing triathlons and open water events.

Kaitlin Hutchinson is the head coach of the Hunter College women’s team, a USA Swimming certified coach and a lifelong competitive swimmer.
