Red Tide is very pleased that we are able to bring back our popular stroke clinics for you this fall. On one Sunday for each month until January we will offer one and a half hour sessions focusing entirely on technique and individual stroke analysis. Come out and improve your stroke technique!

About the event
On December 10th, Red Tide will host the third session of its popular stroke clinics this year. The clinics will be led by our USMS all-star swim coaches. This clinic will focus on strokes and on underwater kicks. Prices will increase on Friday December 1st - Non-Members increase to $60 and Red Tide Members increase to $50. We hope to see you in the pool!

STROKE & KICK CLINIC
We will offer one and a half hour sessions focusing entirely on technique and individual stroke analysis. Come improve your stroke skills and underwater kicking techniques. EXTENDED: On October 11, PRICES WILL INCREASE TO $60 for Non Members and $50 for RT Annual Members.
