Red Tide Annual Team Meeting

The Annual Team Meeting for the Red Tide Swim Team is an important gathering that brings together coaches, and our swimmers, to discuss key aspects of the team's operation and plan for the year ahead. This year's meeting will be a comprehensive review of our team's progress and future endeavors.

1. Annual Report for 2023: We'll present an annual report summarizing the team's achievements, improvements, and notable milestones throughout the year. 
2. Financial Review: Our treasurer will present a detailed overview of the team's financial health. This will include a breakdown of income, expenses, and the budget for the upcoming year. 
3. Coaches Report: The coaching staff will provide insight into the upcoming swim meets, competitions, and training schedules. Swimmers and  will have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any doubts regarding workouts and event logistics.
4. RT Fundraiser Event: Fundraising plays a crucial role in sustaining our team. We'll discuss the upcoming RT Fundraiser on October 28, 2023 our strategy, and how the funds raised will be utilized to benefit the team and external organizations.
5. Q&A Session: To ensure transparency and address any concerns, we'll have a Q&A session where swimmers can ask questions or provide feedback on team-related matters.

The Annual Team Meeting is an excellent opportunity to strengthen our sense of community within the Red Tide Swim Team and ensure that everyone is well-informed and engaged in the team's progress. We encourage all team members to attend and actively participate in shaping the future of our team. Together, we can make 2023 - 2024 season a successful and memorable year for the Red Tide Swim Team.
